EU AI Act — Article 50
Effective August 2, 2026 — EU AI Act art. 50
1. Regulatory Framework
Article 50 of the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (EU AI Act, Regulation EU 2024/1689) has been applicable since August 2, 2026. Aegryn, as a deployer of AI content-generating systems, commits to fulfilling the resulting transparency obligations.
2. Scope of AI Use at Aegryn
Aegryn uses generative artificial intelligence systems to assist the writing of editorial content (blog articles, market reports, sector analyses). These systems are not used to autonomously generate public information content — every piece of content undergoes human review before publication.
3. Editorial Responsibility
In accordance with the exception provided by Article 50, paragraph 4 of the EU AI Act, all AI-assisted content published on aegryn.com is subject to human review and editorial oversight. Aegryn assumes full editorial responsibility for these publications.
4. What We Do and Do Not Do

- We systematically review all AI-assisted content before publication
- We add an editorial notice to articles written with AI assistance
- We document our review process internally
Ce que nous ne faisons pas
- We do not publish deepfakes (AI-generated images, audio or video depicting real people)
- We do not publish unreviewed public interest information content
- We do not delegate our editorial responsibility to an AI system
