The Site and all its contents (texts, graphics, images, data, code, scripts, methodologies, rating systems) are protected by intellectual property rights applicable in Switzerland and the European Union. These contents are the exclusive property of Aegryn or its partners. Any reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
The Aegryn Grade methodology, the C/I/F/S evaluation protocol, grade reports, and all editorial content published on the Site are protected works. The use of robots, scrapers, automated scripts or any other data extraction method is prohibited.
Article 2 — Permitted Use
You may consult the Site for legitimate personal and professional purposes. Any use for fraudulent purposes, contrary to public order or good morals is prohibited. Aegryn reserves the right to suspend or delete access for any user in violation of these Terms.
Article 3 — Registration and User Accounts
Access to the Aegryn client space (buyer catalogue, certification tracking) is reserved for qualified members previously authorised by Aegryn. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity carried out under your account.
Article 4 — Accuracy of Information
Information published on the Site is provided for indicative purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between Site content and signed contractual documents (certification mandate, transaction conditions), the latter shall prevail.
Article 5 — Limitation of Liability
Aegryn does not guarantee that the Site will be accessible without interruption or error-free. The Site is provided "as is". Aegryn disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the Site.

The Aegryn Grade label, the Aegryn trademark, the AE monogram, the C/I/F/S protocol, and all methodologies and reports produced by Aegryn are the exclusive property of Aegryn. Any unauthorised use will be prosecuted.
Article 8 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aegryn's registered canton. If any clause is invalid, the remaining clauses remain applicable.
